With our estimating software business now in its third decade, our owners have grown our company based on two basic, but not always prescribed to, tenets: designing software that is easy to learn and use, and bolstering that software with reliable customer support. It seems like a simple concept, but invariably, we hear stories from our customers about lackluster technical support from their other software vendors.
